Reinhard Fischer

Reinhard Fischer was born in Osnabrück in 1953. After training as an industrial clerk, he served in the German Armed Forces from 1973 to 1981. He then completed a dual course of study at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences and in agencies of the German military administration. From 1984 to 2013, he worked in the military administration, including as a career and professional development adviser for service members and in property management. After leaving professional employment, he trained as a church guide, cultural landscape guide, pilgrimage guide and tour guide for Tecklenburg. His particular interest is local history.
