Rebecca Seal is a cookbook author. Her journalistic work has included writing for the Financial Times, the Observer and the Guardian. Together with John Vincent, she published the cookbooks *LEON: One Hundred Soups* (2018) and *LEON: Fast Food Vegan* (2019).
