John Vincent was a co-founder of the LEON restaurant chain in the United Kingdom. Together with Henry Dimbleby, he wrote the bestseller *LEON: Naturally Fast Food* (2011). With Kay Plunkett-Hogge, he co-authored *LEON: Family & Friends* (2013), and with Jane Baxter, *LEON: Fast & Free* (2017) and *LEON: 100 Salads* (2018). The books were published by DuMont.
