Petra Postert

Petra Postert was born in Stuttgart in 1970. She studied journalism, history and art history in Eichstätt and Ohio, USA. She subsequently worked as an editor and author for SWR radio and wrote books and radio stories for children. Her young adult novel *Das Jahr, als die Bienen kamen* was published in 2017, nominated for awards including the Franco-German Youth Literature Prize and the Prix Chronos, and translated into several languages.
