Petra Bauer

Petra Bauer is a German education scholar. She worked as a research associate in the Media Education group at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and taught social pedagogy at the Institute of Education at the University of Tübingen. She previously spent many years working in vocational adult education and extracurricular youth education. Her doctoral research examined the introduction of e-learning in companies. Her academic areas of focus include teaching and learning with new media, e-learning in adult education, film education, and higher-education teaching.
