Peter Middendorp

Peter Middendorp was born in Emmen, the Netherlands, in 1971. He is a Dutch writer who worked as a columnist for the daily newspaper de Volkskrant from 2012. He achieved his first major success in 2014 with the novel »Vertrouwd voordelig«, which won the Groninger Boekenprijs. His novel »Jij bent van mij« (»You Belong to Me«) was nominated for the BookSpot Literature Prize and for Best Groningen Book 2019.
