Peter Knauer

Peter Knauer SJ (born 1935) is a Jesuit and theologian. He taught at the Philosophisch-Theologische Hochschule Sankt Georgen in Frankfurt am Main, where he was a professor from 1980 to 2003. He also gave guest lectures at universities in Europe, Latin America, and Jerusalem. Knauer is the editor of the German collected edition of the writings of Ignatius of Loyola, published in Würzburg since 1993.
