Paul Ott

Paul Ott, born in 1955, is a Swiss Germanist, art historian, journalist, and author. Under the pseudonym Paul Lascaux, he published numerous crime novels and stories, many of them set in Bern and the canton of Bern. He also worked as a secondary-school teacher and as a senior teacher at Bern’s Berufs-, Fach- und Fortbildungsschule.
