Pajtim Statovci

Pajtim Statovci (born 1990) is a Finnish-Kosovar writer. He moved from Kosovo to Finland with his Albanian parents at the age of two. He studied Comparative Literature. For his novel *My Cat Yugoslavia*, he received the International Literature Award of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt together with its translator, Stefan Moster.
