Nico Rose

Dr Nico Rose is a psychologist and former professor of business psychology at the International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany. He previously spent around 15 years in the corporate sector, most recently as a vice president in the human resources division of the Bertelsmann Group. He is an expert in positive psychology and leadership culture and has written for business publications including Handelsblatt, WirtschaftsWoche and Harvard Business Manager. Rose is the author of several books, including Hard, Heavy & Happy, which became a SPIEGEL bestseller upon publication. Alongside his professional career, he has been passionate about heavy metal since his youth and has reportedly attended hundreds of concerts.
