Natalie Binczek

Natalie Binczek (born 1967) is a professor of modern German literary studies at Ruhr University Bochum. Her research focuses on literary and media theory, the media history of literature, and the literary and intellectual history of the eighteenth century and the present. Her monographs include “Kontakt: Der Tastsinn in Texten der Aufklärung” (2007). Together with Georg Stanitzek, she edited “Strong ties / weak ties. Freundschaftssemantik und Netzwerkanalyse” (2010).
