Nancy Campbell

Nancy Campbell grew up in Scotland and Northumberland. She studied traditional book arts at Barbarien Press in Canada and Woodside Press in New York, then worked at art-book printers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Residencies at Arctic research institutions between 2010 and 2017 inspired several literary projects on the Arctic environment. Her book The Library of Ice was longlisted for the 2020 Rathbone Folio Prize. In 2019/20, Campbell held a fellowship at the International Artists’ House Villa Concordia in Bamberg.
