Naja Marie Aidt

Naja Marie Aidt (born 1963) is a Danish writer and poet. She grew up in Greenland and Copenhagen and made her literary debut as a poet in 1991. Her work includes collections of poetry and short stories, among them »Sweets«, which received the Nordic Council Literature Prize in 2008. Other notable books include the autobiographical »Carl’s Book« and the novel »Scissors, Stone, Paper«. Aidt has received numerous other honors, including the Grand Prize of the Danish Academy.
