Murielle Rousseau

Murielle Rousseau, born in 1966 near Paris, studied Romance languages and literature, linguistics and German studies in Germany. After working for publishing houses in Hamburg, she established a public-relations agency for publishers, authors and cultural institutions in 1995 and taught public relations at universities. She has published several cookbooks and lifestyle books, including literary works on French cuisine, which have received multiple awards. Among these was the Gourmand Cookbook Award for the “Best French Cookbook in the World.” From 2008 onward, she also appeared in food and television programs, including the German SWR show “Kaffee oder Tee.” Rousseau is the mother of two children.
