Mohamed Mbougar Sarr

Mohamed Mbougar Sarr was born in Dakar in 1990 and grew up in Senegal. He studied literature and philosophy in France. He published three novels, for which he received, among other distinctions, the Prix Stéphane Hessel and the Grand prix du roman métis. His novel The Most Secret Memory of Men, published in German in 2022, received the Prix Goncourt in 2021.
