Miriam Sasse studied industrial engineering and psychology and earned a doctorate on artificial intelligence in mechanical engineering. As a certified business coach, she supported project teams and work processes in a range of industries, including mechanical engineering, automotive, IT and research. From 2017 onward, she worked as an agile coach and change agent in the agile transformation of several Bertelsmann business units. She also worked as a speaker, lecturer at universities and regional group leader of the German Project Management Association. Her professional interests include agility, resilience, organizational design, change management and the psychological aspects of teamwork and work processes.
