Juliane Pilster

Juliane Pilster studied industrial engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering at Chemnitz University of Technology. She subsequently held various positions in companies and industries and gained more than ten years of leadership experience. Early in her career, she became involved with agile methods and organizational collaboration. Pilster is a co-author of several publications on leadership and collaboration and has worked as a speaker and workshop facilitator.
