Michaela Baur

Michaela Baur, born in 1971, studied ecotrophology at the Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan. She worked as a qualified ecotrophologist and as a food writer and stylist for magazines and publishing houses. Baur authored six cookbooks, worked as a spice sommelier, and organised seminars and cooking events. She was also involved in organic catering and in introducing children to cooking and food.
