Michael J. Ritt

Michael J. Ritt was the first employee of Napoleon Hill Associates, founded in 1952 by Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone. From 1952 to 1962, he worked there as secretary and office manager and accompanied Hill and Stone at lectures and seminars for more than ten years. Ritt later served, among other roles, as secretary, treasurer, and executive director of the Napoleon Hill Foundation. He worked for W. Clement Stone for more than 40 years. Ritt wrote several books and produced, among other materials, audio recordings of Napoleon Hill, courses, calendars, and the newsletter associated with “Think and Grow Rich”.
