Meg Wolitzer

Born in 1959, Meg Wolitzer published her first novel in 1982 and went on to write numerous novels. Several of her award-winning books appeared on the New York Times bestseller list. Her best-known works include The Interestings, The Position, The Wife, The Female Persuasion, and The Ten-Year Nap. The Wife was adapted for film with Glenn Close in the leading role; two of her books have been made into films. In 2019, Wolitzer co-authored the children’s book An Nachteule von Sternhai with Holly Goldberg Sloan.
