Max Kaplan was born in Stuttgart in 1998. He began writing poetry and short stories in primary school. His first picture book, “Eisbjörn – Das unglaubliche Abenteuer eines tapferen Mäuserichs,” was published in 2017. In addition to picture books, Kaplan writes short stories and longer prose.
