Martin Kintrup

Martin Kintrup is a German cookbook author and editor. While studying landscape ecology, he discovered his passion for cooking and worked in the restaurant trade for several years, including at Münster’s Prütt-Café. He subsequently wrote numerous cookbooks for various publishers, including the GU titles Vegan vom Feinsten, Vegetarisch für Faule and Pesto, Salsa & Co. selbst gemacht. He has also worked as a food stylist. His books combine creative recipes with practical cooking and cover vegetarian as well as sustainability-related themes.
