Martijn van der Linden (born 1979) is a Dutch children’s book illustrator. His works include The Prince Child and Tangram Cat. Tangram Cat received the Golden Brush in the Netherlands, and in 2016 he won the Woutertje Pieterse Award for the best picture book of the year. He has also received, among others, an IBBY Certificate of Honour, a Golden Parent’s Choice Award and a Goldfinch Award. His books have been translated into twelve languages.
