Marc Siegel is a film scholar and professor of film studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. His research focuses on experimental film as well as gender and queer studies. He also works as an independent curator, is a member of the Academy of the Arts of the World in Cologne, and co-founded the art collective CHEAP.
