Manuela Warda

Manuela Warda was born in Oldenburg in 1975 and grew up in Lower Saxony. After training as a visual merchandiser, she studied teaching and began working at primary and comprehensive schools in 2005. From 2019 onward, she taught on the Hallig island of Hooge. Her experiences of living and teaching in the North Sea marked the beginning of her writing career. In 2022, she published her first book, »Den Wind im Haar, das Meer im Blick«. Warda has also worked as an audiobook narrator.
