Manfred Wakolbinger, born in 1952 in Mitterkirchen, Upper Austria, is a sculptor and photographer. He worked as a sculptor from 1980 and exhibited internationally, including at documenta 8 in Kassel, the Venice Biennale, and the Museum of the 20th Century in Vienna. From 1993 onward, he also devoted himself to underwater photography.
