Maike Ehrlichmann

Maike Ehrlichmann is an ecotrophologist specializing in nutritional science and a certified nutrition counsellor. Beginning in 2005, she worked journalistically for Hans-Ulrich Grimm and supported his research on food and nutrition. She also developed the “Ehrlich Essen” method.
