Magali Le Huche was born in Paris in 1979 and studied at the École supérieure des arts décoratifs in Strasbourg. After completing her studies, she began working as an illustrator and initially illustrated picture books. Her bibliography includes numerous children’s books and comics for children and adults. Her autobiographical graphic novel *Nowhere Girl* received a Pépite award at the Salon du livre et de la presse jeunesse in 2021. *La Grande Course des Jean* received the Special Jury Prize at the Angoulême Festival in 2024.
