Louise Toupin

Louise Toupin was an activist with the Front de libération des femmes du Québec from 1969 to 1971 and a co-founder of the publishing house Éditions du remue-ménage. She taught at the Université du Québec à Montréal and worked as an independent researcher. Her research focuses on the history, development, theories, and currents of the women’s movement. She has also examined the recognition of invisible work typically performed by women.
