Lisa Rudiger

Lisa Rudiger is a baking author, chocolatier and master confectioner from Titisee-Neustadt, Germany. She completed her training in various pastry kitchens at renowned hotels in Germany and Switzerland. In 2007, she became the owner of Chocolaterie Lisa. From 2008 onward, she also appeared on the SWR television program “Kaffee oder Tee?”.
