Liliane Weissberg

Liliane Weissberg (born 1953) is a German-American scholar of literature, culture, and philosophy. Her academic career includes a professorship in Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as visiting professorships at universities in the United States, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. Her research spans literature and philosophy from the late eighteenth century to the present. Her publications include *Juden. Geld. Eine Vorstellung* (2013), *Über Haschisch und Kabbalah* (2012), and *Münzen, Hände, Noten, Finger* (2018).
