Lena Dorn

Lena Dorn (born 1984) studied Slavic studies and history in Göttingen and Berlin. She worked as a scholar, translator, author and curator. As a translator, she translated children’s books, nonfiction, poetry and prose from Czech and Slovak into German, including works by David Böhm and Vratislav Maňák. She also published original texts and poetry translations. In 2021, she received the New Talents Special Prize of the German Youth Literature Prize.
