Lawrence A. Cunningham

Lawrence A. Cunningham is an American legal scholar, business scholar, and author. His academic career included positions at several universities, including Boston College in Massachusetts, where he taught business and law from 2001 onward. He also served as director of the Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance and as a professor of law at Cardozo Law School in New York. Cunningham has published numerous books and is particularly known for his work on value investing.
