Lauri Kubuitsile is a novelist and the author of more than 30 children’s books. Her works are included in school curricula in Botswana and South Africa. She was a finalist for the Caine Prize in 2011. Her historical novel “But Deliver Us from Evil” was nominated for the Nommo Award in 2020. In 2017, she received the award for best foreign-language novel at the Sharjah International Book Fair in the United Arab Emirates for “Zerstreuung.” Her work “Revelations,” a love story and courtroom thriller, was published in 2020.
