Lamya Kaddor

Lamya Kaddor (born in 1978 in Ahlen, North Rhine-Westphalia) is an Islamic studies scholar, religious educator, author and publicist. The daughter of Syrian immigrants, she taught Islamic religious education in Dinslaken for 13 years. In 2010, she founded the Liberal-Islamic Federation, of which she later became chair. In 2021, she entered the German Bundestag. Her publications include the book Die Zerreißprobe.
