Klaus Hennicke

Klaus Hennicke is a qualified sociologist and medical doctor specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy. He worked as a family therapist and chaired the Joint Commission on “Intellectual Disability and Inclusion” of Germany’s three child and adolescent psychiatric professional societies from 2006 to 2017. He also worked as a supervisor for support teams in disability services and as a professional adviser and supervisor at two special-needs schools for students with intellectual disabilities.
