Kicki Sehlstedt was born and raised in Bohuslän on Sweden’s west coast. Before becoming a crime novelist, she worked as a journalist, criminologist and TV producer. Her writing focuses in particular on the consequences of crime for victims, their families and the perpetrators. “Mittsommergrab” is the first book in her series featuring journalist Julia Järvskog.
