Kerstin Winter

Kerstin Winter was born in Hamburg in 1964. After completing secondary school, she studied Romance languages and literature in Cologne. She then completed a traineeship and worked for four years as an editor at a publishing house before becoming a freelance translator in 1992. Her translation work has included crime fiction, novels, essays, biographies, and children’s books.
