Karen Rose

Karen Rose is a thriller author. Before publishing her debut novel, "Eiskalt ist die Zärtlichkeit," in July 2003, she taught chemistry and physics at a high school. She studied at the University of Maryland in Washington, D.C. Rose wrote more than thirty novels and three novellas. Her books have been translated into numerous languages and have appeared on bestseller lists including those of the New York Times, USA Today, the Sunday Times, and Der Spiegel. She received the RITA Award for two of her thrillers, and "Todesstoß" reached number one on Der Spiegel’s bestseller list.
