Kenneth Blanchard

Kenneth Blanchard studied philosophy, sociology and business psychology and earned a doctorate with a dissertation on management techniques. He became known as the co-author of the books about the One Minute Manager. He was also associated with the California-based consulting firm Blanchard Training and Development.
