Katja Briol

Katja Briol is a trained photographer who initially worked as a freelance photo assistant for the Cologne food photographer Klaus Arras. From 2005 onward, she worked as a freelance food stylist, designing cookbooks and developing recipes. She also ran a food travel blog. Her enthusiasm for cooking, baking, and the enjoyment of food was fostered by her family from an early age.
