Kathryn Scanlan

Kathryn Scanlan is an American author of two novels and a short-story collection. Her work has appeared in NOON, Granta, Fence, and The Paris Review, among other publications. She received an American Academy of Arts and Letters award and the Windham-Campbell Literature Prize for her literary work. In 2024, she was awarded the Gordon Burn Prize for innovative literature for Boxenstart.
