Katherine Rundell

Katherine Rundell (born 1987) is an English author and scholar. She studied English literature and wrote her doctoral thesis on the English poet John Donne. Rundell became known as a Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford. Her award-winning children’s books include *Rooftoppers*, which received the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize and the Blue Peter Book Award and was shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal. Her children’s books have been translated into more than 30 languages. She has also published nonfiction on John Donne and on why adults should read children’s books.
