Kader Abdolah

Kader Abdolah was born in Iran in 1954. He studied physics in Tehran and was active in the student movement. In 1988, he fled to the Netherlands with his family for political reasons. He became known there as an Iranian writer in exile and is regarded as one of the country’s successful authors.
