Jutta Wetzel

Jutta Wetzel, born in Pforzheim in 1970, grew up in southern Germany near the Black Forest. After training as a graphic designer, she studied illustration in Hamburg, specializing in children’s book illustration. She subsequently worked as a graphic artist for advertising agencies and at a children’s museum in the United States before working freelance as an illustrator and graphic designer on numerous book and other illustration projects for publishers in Germany and abroad.
