Jonathan Marks

Jonathan Marks is an author, translator and teacher trainer. He has worked in Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom and has written or co-written books and articles on teaching resources, coursebooks and teacher development. He has also contributed to monolingual and bilingual dictionaries. His publications include *The Book of Pronunciation* and *English Pronunciation in Use – Elementary* (Cambridge University Press). Marks was a founding member and former coordinator of the IATEFL Pronunciation Special Interest Group. His work has a particular focus on English pronunciation, and he is also interested in language learning and the connections between languages.
