John J. Nance

Born in 1943, John J. Nance served as a reserve pilot in the U.S. Air Force and worked as an airline captain. During his aviation career, he accumulated more than 13,000 flight hours and became an expert in air-traffic safety. He also wrote several novels and nonfiction books dealing with aviation and aircraft.
