John Corey Whaley

John Corey Whaley grew up in Louisiana and worked as a teacher before becoming a writer. His debut novel, “Highly Illogical Behavior,” was published in German translation by Hanser in 2014 and received, among other honors, the Michael L. Printz Award. His second young adult novel, “Noggin,” followed in 2015 and was a finalist for the 2014 National Book Award. His third young adult novel, “Highly Illogical Behavior,” appeared in 2017.
