Johannes F.M. Schick

Johannes F. M. Schick, born in 1977, holds a doctorate in the humanities (Dr. phil.). He led the DFG project “Action, Operation, Gesture: Technology as Interdisciplinary Anthropology” at the a.r.t.e.s. Graduate School for the Humanities at the University of Cologne. His scholarly work addresses the French tradition of interdisciplinary techno-anthropology, the philosophy of life, and the relationship between ethnology and philosophy.
