Joey Kelly

Joey Kelly, born near Toledo, Spain, in 1972, became known as a member of the Kelly Family. According to the available accounts, the Irish-American band, which began its career as street musicians, sold more than 20 million records. As an endurance athlete, Kelly completed more than 100 marathons and ultramarathons around the world. These included the Badwater Run through Death Valley, the Iditasport Ultramarathon in Alaska, a 400-kilometre race to the South Pole, the Ironman in Hawaii, and the more than 5,000-kilometre Race Across America cycling event. He also completed eight Ironman races within twelve months.
